Newborn Session
How long does the Newborn Session last?
Allow 2-4 hours for the session. This takes into account feeding and cuddles! It allows enough time to precisely pose your baby and take the shots without worrying about the time ticking away. It should be a memorable and relaxed experience for parents as well.
When should I book the session?
You should book it a few months before your due date so that I can put it in my diary as sometimes we do get very busy.
What should I do once my baby is born?
Contact me to arrange the session. The best time is within the first 14 days of life whilst your newborn is still sleepy and has the curled up position. Even up to a month old is fine.
What do I do to prepare for the newborn shoot?
Shortly before your session I will send you guidelines to help the session run smoothly
Newborn Session Fee | £450*
These sessions are for babies up to 4 weeks old. They are calm and relaxed and take place at your home* and last 2-4 hours.
You should book the shoot following your 20-24 week scan.
What is included in the session fee?
Session fees stated above include the time and expertise required to capture and prepare 30-40 images for your viewing. They do not include any digital files or products which are available for purchase separately.
*Travel costs are £1 per mile from Central London (Westminster). Travel within London is included.
Most clients budget an investment of £250-£1000 on products following their photography session. Please get in touch for further information.
