Ashridge House is a magnificent country estate located in Hertfordshire, England. It is known for its stunning architecture, beautiful gardens, and rich history. Alistair and Sarah chose Ashridge House because of its picturesque surroundings and grandeur.

The estate features breathtaking gardens and rolling countryside, providing a picturesque backdrop. The house itself is an architectural masterpiece, offering a blend of historic charm and modern amenities.

The day started with dancing, band baaja and Alistair making his arrival on a horse! He wore a traditional sherwani which was visually stunning in gold, cream and red and adorned with intricate embroidery and embellishments. 

​

The wedding ceremony took place in the chapel. The chapel's architecture reflects the Gothic Revival style, which was popular during the time of its construction. It features intricate stonework, pointed arches, and ornate details that create a sense of elegance and grandeur. The exterior of the chapel is adorned with beautiful stained glass windows, depicting religious scenes and colorful designs that allow natural light to filter inside.

When it came to couple photographs we were spoilt for choice. The estate boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, including manicured lawns, picturesque pathways, and blooming flower beds. The natural beauty of the surroundings provides endless possibilities for capturing stunning wedding photographs.

Alistair and Sarah’s wedding at Ashridge House was a blend of elegance, a fusion of cultures, history, and natural beauty. A truly memorable experience for the couples and their loved ones, creating lifelong memories in a breathtaking setting.
